The Tampa Bay Buccaneers became a franchise in 1976 and didn't win a single game going 0-14 that season. They would carry a 12 game losing streak in the 1977 season where they would have a combined 0-26 record. Tampa Bay epitomized horrible, they were laughingstocks for many years, and went through losing seasons after losing seasons. 2 Pitbulls mauls 7 year old boy to death in Lowell, MA. The 15 people who witnessed the incident watched helplessly.   The 7 year old reached over the fence to pet the dogs and that's when the dogs pulled the little boy into the fence and latched on to the little boy and viciously attacked him. Also, footage of a 62 year old man in New York City went to pet the Pitbulls and they attacked him. No matter how much the owner tried to help, it could not stop the Pitbulls from attacking the senior citizen man. Tips when a dog like a pitbull is attacking a person is try to force something in to the dog's mouth to get the dog to let go or grab the dog's collar and wrap it around it's neck until it pass out.

Breaking news is Chief of Staff Retired General John Kelly in The White House Briefing. General Kelly defended the actions taken by President Trump. General Kelly reminded the mainstream media that there is no perfect way when offering condolences to a fallen soldier's family. Past Presidents have not called but it was no criticism to past Presidents President Trump mentioned. General Kelly said that the fallen soldier knew what he was getting himself into when he enlisted in the military and knew that he wanted to fight in the war and he was surrounded by friends. Connecticut is the only state without a Budget. Democratic Governor Dannel P. Malloy vetoed the Republican state budget that passed with some Democrats voting on it. The Democratic state budget didn't get the votes. Capitol Report is a show that comes on Sundays at 10AM on ABC Channel 8. Govenor Malloy have come up with his own state Budget. Democrats and Republicans have met and they are focused on a Bipartisan state Budget that will look to get support form Govenor Malloy. Bill 569 would have prohibited employers from requiring their employees to follow the law no sex out of marriage and no abortions."
