Breaking news is Chief of Staff Retired General John Kelly in The White House Briefing. General Kelly defended the actions taken by President Trump. General Kelly reminded the mainstream media that there is no perfect way when offering condolences to a fallen soldier's family. Past Presidents have not called but it was no criticism to past Presidents President Trump mentioned. General Kelly said that the fallen soldier knew what he was getting himself into when he enlisted in the military and knew that he wanted to fight in the war and he was surrounded by friends. General Kelly felt that the Congresswoman was wrong for what she did to try to politicize this to compare which President was more compassionate to make President Trump out to be cold-hearted eavesdropping on President Trump's phone call.
