Favorite Books


































































Proverbs 4:7 simply says (King James Version) "Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding." These books help me to stay focused on the things of God & help me to obey the fruits of the spirit in Galatians 6:22-23 (King James Version) "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness; temperance: against such there is no law." I feel as a Christian, in order to set an example for others to follow that I need to be Christlike. I need to obey & let 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (King James Version) be my daily attitude towards both believers & non believers which simply says "Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do." My favorite books are Christian books, however I occasionally read fictional stories. For those who are into fictional stories & want to recommend me a good fictional story or fictional stories to read, I am more likely going to read that book or books at least once.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers became a franchise in 1976 and didn't win a single game going 0-14 that season. Connecticut Becomes Last State To Pass A Budget After 123-Day Battle

It took 123 days until Connecticut finally passed a state budget. Democratic Governor Dannel P. Malloy signed a bipartisan bill into law on Tuesday October 31, 2017. Connecticut was the last state to pass a budget. Governor Malloy did veto the hospital tax which both the Democrats and Republicans in both chambers plan on fixing and ironing out the details with help from the lawmakers. In order to successfully pass a budget Governor Malloy was excluded from both party chambers while both the Democrats and Republicans together negotiated to pass a veto proof bipartisan state budget. Governor Malloy didn't like everything in this bipartisan bill but thought that there were some really good ideas and thought that the state of Connecticut is making progress. Governor Malloy has the lowest approval rating at 23% in state that generally vote Democrat (The worst approval rating in the nation).
