15 Witnesses Watch Helplessly as Dogs Maul 7-Year-Old Boy to Death

2 Pitbulls mauls 7 year old boy to death in Lowell, MA.The 15 people who witnessed the incident watched helplessly.  The 7 year old reached over the fence to pet the dogs and that's when the dogs pulled the little boy into the fence and latched on to the little boy and viciously attacked him. Also, footage of a 62 year old man in New York City went to pet the Pitbulls and they attacked him. No matter how much the owner tried to help, it could not stop the Pitbulls from attacking the senior citizen man. Tips when a dog like a pitbull is attacking a person is try to force something in to the dog's mouth to get the dog to let go or grab the dog's collar and wrap it around it's neck until it pass out.
