It took 123 days until Connecticut finally passed a state budget. Democratic Governor Dannel P. Malloy signed a bipartisan bill into law on Tuesday October 31, 2017. Connecticut was the last state to pass a budget. Governor Malloy did veto the hospital tax which both the Democrats and Republicans in both chambers plan on fixing and ironing out the details with help from the lawmakers. In order to successfully pass a budget Governor Malloy was excluded from both party chambers while both the Democrats and Republicans together negotiated to pass a veto proof bipartisan state budget. 2 Pitbulls mauls 7 year old boy to death in Lowell, MA. The 15 people who witnessed the incident watched helplessly.   The 7 year old reached over the fence to pet the dogs and that's when the dogs pulled the little boy into the fence and latched on to the little boy and viciously attacked him. Also, footage of a 62 year old man in New York City went to pet the Pitbulls and they attacked him. No matter how much the owner tried to help, it could not stop the Pitbulls from attacking the senior citizen man. General Kelly reminded the mainstream media that there is no perfect way when offering condolences to a fallen soldier's family. Connecticut is the only state without a Budget. Democratic Governor Dannel P. Malloy vetoed the Republican state budget that passed with some Democrats voting on it. The Democratic state budget didn't get the votes. Capitol Report is a show that comes on Sundays at 10AM on ABC Channel 8. Govenor Malloy have come up with his own state Budget. Democrats and Republicans have met and they are focused on a Bipartisan state Budget that will look to get support form Govenor Malloy.
